Delivery & Returns

Orders will be dispatched 1 working day after the order is placed.

Approximate lead times following the dispatch notice sent to you are 1-2 days for metropolitan areas and 2-5 days in regional areas depending on the remoteness of your delivery address.

Tracking will be available by following the link from the dispatch notice email.

All orders will be delivered in discreet packaging with no reference to the contents of the parcel.

Your invoice will be emailed to you once the order is placed online and also placed inside the parcel containing your goods.

A flat delivery fee of $8.80 (includes GST) will apply to all orders

Currently, orders are only delivered within Australia.


Returns

Please send all return requests via email to contact@cormie.com.au and list your reason for return along with details of your order reference or invoice and we will get in contact with you to discuss.

Alternatively request a call back to discuss your options.

Refund or exchange will be provided if the following conditions are met.

  1. You are not 100% satisfied with the product.
  2. Your product is deemed faulty or damaged.
  3. The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
